Ron also saw that the current retail distribution channel was not fulfilling the consumer demand for an interactive gaming experience.

Although gaming had a wide global distribution, the support infrastructure undeserved the specialized needs of the gaming community. Ron, a gaming enthusiast himself, set out on a mission to address the voracious appetites of the ever-expanding gamer demographic.

Ron envisioned a retail environment where it was possible to know his customers on a first name basis an to sell to them based upon their buying habits.
