What made you want a second store? The intrigue of combining the great experience we have had with our first store with a great location and the new build out.
Your favorite thing about Play N Trade? Being able to own our own business in an exciting field with great franchisee support. And the "try before you buy" and tournament culture that PNT created.
Jason Manning
Franchisee, Montana
Why he decided to buy more PNT stores: Gaming in Montana is taking off! I looked into branching out in the nearest Montana cities and saw the same great opportunities for Play N Trade that I saw when I signed for my first store in January 2007. (It opened in August 2007.) If the next three go as well as the first ones, I'll retire early!!!
How does he create buzz in his neighborhood: Tourneys definitely help, but you must create a place where you can talk and play the games. A good staff helps accomplish the goals that I have set for myself and the store.
2008 ended with 240 stores opened. Our goal is to have 300 stores open by the end of 2009.

Franchisees, Panama City, FL
Why we decided to open more stores: We wanted to expand our business and grow Play N Trade in our community of Panama City! We enjoy the business and have a great passion about the video game industry and saw a great opportunity to develop our area.
Cool thing you do in your store: We want to involve all ages in our tournaments and not have anyone feel left out. We wanted the younger kids to feel like they can participate in tournaments, so we are holding tournaments for younger age groups and get their parents be involved as well.
