I KNOW WHAT YOURE THINKING, AND NO, THE ANSWER IS NOT 179

Square Enix and Disney Interactive Studios have once again teamed up to fill us all in on the story between the first and second parts of the Kingdom Hearts series, with Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days. We’ll make some new discoveries and connections with the background of Roxas, as well as trek across what we would normally think of as “happy” Disney lands. As in the other installments of the series, well-known lands as Agrabah from Aladdin, Halloween Town from The Nightmare Before Christmas, and Beast’s Castle from Beauty and the Beast are featured. The most new and exciting feature of 358/2 Days is that the game introduces its first multiplayer feature, in addition to the usual single player mode.
As for the infuriatingly cryptic title of the game, we can assure you that it does not refer to a long-division problem, and definitely doesn’t even remotely resemble any reference to the amount of time it will take you to fall in love with this game. Consequently, as if it makes us feel any better, game director Tetsuya Nomura has stated that we will understand the meaning of the title…at the very end of the game. Well, blast it.
